  • Great job with everything that your doing! Hey I've got a question, when you do the dumbell bench presses, how many reps do you do, 8-10 with heavy weight or are you doing the 20-30 range as with the pushups? I'm thinking about trying that out, but wasn't sure what weight range and reps your doing. Thanks

  • I am doing 8-10 reps. I wanted to get more resistance than the push-ups were giving me.

  • You are a really fit guy with an awesome dedication for fitness and sports. I like that. And again - I really envy you for doing all this workouts on Hawaii...how bad I would love to be there now, too. :)
