Hey I've got a question, when you do the dumbell bench presses, how many reps do you do, 8-10 with heavy weight or are you doing the 20-30 range as with the pushups? I'm thinking about trying that out, but wasn't sure what weight range and reps your doing. Thanks

I am doing 8-10 reps. I wanted to get more resistance than the push-ups were giving me.
