I saw this movie when i was in high school(its been 10 years now). I loved it. I remembered the actor's names and a whole load of good things about it.. and i haven't come across it ever since.. @DoyafEELmee It's definitely out on DVD. I've had it for several years now. And there's a soundtrack CD with Cliff Eidelman's score. In 1993 I paid $25 Cdn for it, and it has only 23 minutes of music. Worth every penny. :)
