IMO this cosmic sounds at the beggining were taken from Commanding Language - Einsamkeit from 1990 (dunno the origin of the sound). About release, first was the white cyklotron`s 12" from december 1991 (discogs), but IMO it was publicated some months before it.

Oh, man, thank you soooooooo much. I had this on a Universe Compilation CD YEARS ago...
Shit was different then. Trooping around town looking for "techno" CDs and having everybody look at us like we were crazy...Miss those days though.
