@LadyDorien it was recorded with a guitar by a company that got sued by gibson for making a copy of a les paul. and the tremonti prs is a mccarty prs with other shit on it, and a mccarty prs is the model in question that got PRS in shit with gibson.

so yes you can play it with a les paul

The single cut lawsuit was entered in court before the Tremonti existed....it had nothing to do with the Tremonti mode.

Slash should just join Alter Bridge! Before you say Slash is too good for Alter Bridge, you might be right. But Alter Bridge can seriously shred and I think Slash would be a sick addition. Think about it, Slash, Tremonti, and Kennedy would be a force people couldnt even handle because it is just so sick. In addition, Slash blends right in with those guys.

@ZGippe40GK Ok i used to think like that But thinking it over Maybe Slash is not good enough for AB (maybe). The Alter Bridge guys are not only amazing musicians but really cool good hearted people. I must admitt I don't know everything about Slash but i think he would be very lucky to be in a band like AB. you know just a great solid band with no drama. I actually feel a bit bad for him he should be in a band like AB

He didn't leave Alter Bridge. Mark and the other guys are doing another Creed run in 2012, Slash and Myles are touring then towards the end of 2012/early 2013 Alter Bridge is slated for a new album an tour.

This has nothing to do with who is better than whom.

@CJSchecter96 From what I have seen and heard, Slash doesn't really practice playing the solos of any songs just as they originally was played, not even his own solos. Seems like he tries to remember the main essence of the solo and just improvises the rest each time. If you see other live performances of Slash, the solos varies from time to time. Sometimes to the better, other times for the worse. That's what is making him a good artist, not just copying, but playing with feel and improvising.

This song even has to do with it but the soil is of the essence ... I was accustomed to hearing Alter Bridge guitar solos and hardly will fascinate me as the Mark Tremonti

Slash is a good guitarist but Tremonti is absurdly better regardless of musical style and techniques. I believe this is a fact and not simply my opinion.

Agreed, when talking technique Tremonti wins hands down. I do think Slash presents a more complete package when it comes to being a 'star'.

If I was forming a band and had a choice of Tremonti or Slash I would take Slash even though Tremonti is the better technical player.
