@TheRivalConcept koreans are bigger in general compared to the typical asian population in america. their diet is more westernized with a lot more protein and fat then how it used to be back in the day. i'm korean, 240 lbs, with around 15% body fat and i've never used anything other than nitric oxide and fat burners. i do understand that the asians in america are pretty pathetic (for the most part), but the ones that DO workout seriously get massive.
