Because the stock rockers are very lightweight and strong. The aftermarket roller rockers are heavy, overpriced, and not needed unless you are building a setup with really high lift like .700+.

@jettarulz Don't forget that this car is an A4 with a 2500 stall and stock gearing. If he upped that stall and changed the gearing, there would be quite the difference in his acceleration.
I have to disagree with ya bro. I think it is pretty damn good for just a cammed LS1. I have this same set up only with the Heads and intake to compliment. I pull hard all the way up tp 6750rpm.. It is the tranny thats killing him here.
