P.S. feel free to delete the folder from your desktop that you created, along with its contents after the consolidating is done. Itunes may not get ALL the titles fixed on your music, so you will have to listen then rename them. If all this irritates you, pay for the prgram :) IM OUT BITCHEZ!

YOUR NOT DONE YET!! (this is my main profile) once all your music is in itunes, SO YOU DONT LOSE IT make sure you go to "file", then select "library", then select "organize library", then check the box "consolidate files". If you dont do this, if anything happens to the file on your desktop itunes will lose all your music, and you will have to do this all over again. Consolidating the files puts all the music in itunes own library. Hope I helped.

folder you just created. This is gonna take a while to finish if you have a lot of music. dont close diskaid, just minimize it. Open iTunes, go to "File" then "Add folder to library". Look up your desktop, find the folder you made, select an "F" folder, and let it work its magic. You will need to do this for every folder, and you will have to wait for each folder to finish before selecting the next. Ya, its a long process, but you wanted your music back, and for free right? SO DEAL WITH IT!!

Ok, check it out ppl. I just got ALL the music off my ipod touch without a hitch. Once youve downloaded diskaid and opened it, DO NOT go to where it sez "music & videos". It will put 100 songs on your harddrive and then prompt you to buy the program. If you watched this video and paid ATTENTION, youd know to go to the folder in the far left column titled "file system". Look to your right and find "media". Click it. I don't find the ipod control file, eventhough I set it to make every map visible.

WAIT GUYS!!! B4 WATCHING THIS VIDEO READ THIS:

Do steps 1-3, then you'll see in on the top it says "Copy to PC" click that and it will transfer ALL your songs to your desktop in a folder(it may take some time, depending on how many songs u have), then take that folder and drag it to the music folder, THEN go to itunes>file>add FOLDER to library>go look for it in the Music folder like i told u above and it should transfer all your songs after that
