  • OMG... I am one those people that don't belive in anything. But i've been having real bad foot pain . When i wear six inch stilltos, i'm good. But as soon as i go back to flats... Back to foot pain. But anyways your videos really help me out, i even called my hubby to tell him.... About your videos. I plan on going to a foot specialist very soon. Some mornings i can't even walk , when i get out of bed. Last week Wednesday i couldn't even walk at all. I can't be on my feet for to long !!!

  • your mom has sexy legs......

  • So.. what the hell? I had recently been diagnosed with Patellofemoral pain syndrome, and from the information my doctor gave me... Extensions such as these will only make it worse, along with half the sites I find all say leg/knee extensions are a no-no when trying to lessen patellofemoral pain.

Yet I come on youtube and 3/4 of the videos I see involving patellofemoral exercises involve the very exercise I was told not to do.

  • @BackFromPurgatory listen to your body.

  • @BackFromPurgatory Do what you think is good for you. The health professionals want to take you to surgery so they can pay for their Mercedes.

  • Subtitles are for the Squat video. Sound is very poor. and intro is far too long.

  • i cannot see anything!!! those stupid letters

  • @ur1bootyful then take the cc off

  • can't hear

  • There is a problem with the audio

  • Cool another video for working on your knees you have a few thanks I'm going to be doing these for the next few weeks coz one of my knees has a torn ligament but u have heaps of exercises

  • take note your bending of your legs both left and right are not equal by Using in Degree,,

  • Ugh turns out i have patella femoral problems so this really helped me out. Thought i was gonna be done with basketball but this is workin so far. Hopefully it'll fix this :D

  • Cyberpt helped me out A LOT!!! I been looking for a good site for physical therapy and this is By far the best one!

  • seriously these are baby exercises. i dint want to waste 2 years training my hips if i started to do these exercises. dont be offended my by comment its just an opinion.

  • this vidoe is good.thank u...

  • I had osgood shcallters disease for two years and I'm back about a year playing now,my right knee is giving me trouble again, with large cracking when I don't bend it for a while and then small cracking in between, it's not majorly sore until after I play and even then it's not too bad, just want to know if anyone has any suggestions

  • I had that for two years on both knees, so generally you want to just strengthen your quads and just get back to playing on a regular basis, your lumps will probably stay there so as long as they are not sore you should be fine.

  • help!!! my knees hurt everytime i do squat position. can i use this therapy to relieve the pain. thanks...

  • Depends where it hurts on your knee.

I play basketball, and i get pain in my knee when i jump/squat.

The doc told me to just stretch out my quads.

  • This is a great series. Very helpful. Thanks!

  • love those legs!!

  • my left knee clicks really badly and even get sore if i get into too much activity.any advice ??

  • cannot hear

  • How do I isolate the vastus medialis? I'm a distance runner and have been told that my knee is mis-tracking... ouch!

  • I have the exact same problem! Months of straight leg raises not helping.

Any solutions?? and ... super ouch!

  • hi, i'm a thysical therapy student. If you pain is on the knee lateral side, here is my advice.Strengthen your vastus medialis oblique muscle which is part of the vastus medialis.

  • And you can learn by searching this vedio clip on youtube--"Straight Leg Raise"

  • My pain is actually on the medial side of my knee and a little under the patella. I've been told it's due to week hips... which is really common among distance runners.

  • nice legs but cant hear a thing...

  • yeah i agree, sexy legs

  • sexy Legs
