@angelpacheco59 I lived in Rome 19 years, and to my recollection Rome was only bombed once, in the San Lorenzo area, and there wasn't much damage done.

It was the Canadians that took Rome and Italy but the U.S let the U.S soliders walk in first

Compared to most Italian Cities in Italy, Rome was never Shelled nor Bombed by Allied Forces.
