  • That was rather lame, but hey can't knock a guy for trying.

    One tip. If you dare keep this sauce for a bit and it breaks, take just a smidge of cream/milk and warm it up and then add the broken sauce slowly to it. Works well and looks/tastes just fine.

  • you left out the most important details...egg yolk, white wine, CLARIFIED butter (not just melted butter), lemon juice, S & P, and a little bit of tabasco.

  • there are different ways of doing eggs benadict and yours is one of them :)

  • balishimo0214, i think he explained these details on his "modern/blender method" way of doing this sauce, and this looks like just the continuation..

  • anyone cant cook! he left out all the important details of making hollandaise.
