I loved this movie as a child. I can't wait to see how they handle it in the upcoming movie. Judging from the LOTR movies, I'd say Peter Jackson will do it all the justice it deserves.

@Jaggnathar I do as well, I really do like his appearance and looks in this old Hobbit movie, I've heard someone say they think James Earl Jones should do the voice. I don't know.. I'd go far as to say I even like this voice actors voice for him over all. Maybe it's because I gre up on these animated films and found them to be timeless classic and still hard to match, regardless of todays technology
