how did you get the stickers to stay on, i have a whale and the stickers are starting to dry out and i would like to apply them if they will stay on, any suggestions?
@sgf129 I cheated! The stickers I used in the later review are reproductions made by Cobrastickers. However, if you want to use the original stickers, you could use any clear-drying glue (like UHU All Purpose).
Your gonna need a cobra rattler if your gonna fight GI JOE,and your gonna need a GI JOE hovercraft if your fighting the Cobra foe,GI JOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! GO JOE
I remember almost breaking this thing when I was building it. I liked realism in toys. The more realistic, the better. I never liked how the engines on the wings were firing exhaust right into the tail, which would probably melt the tail in real life. It was patterened after the A-10. I wish they would have stayed closer to the A-10 design.
@cliffthelightning IF you are wanting to find a loose one, they are all over ebay and pretty cheap. If you want one still in a sealed box, be prepared to hunt and SPEND.
@cliffthelightning Every vintage vehicle needed either some assembly (no tools necessary) or sticker application. It's how Hasbro kept the costs down.
whats funny is I remember being ten and taking this back to my room to put it together and spending maybe 2 hours doing it, but I got it all together... the water stickers did suck from what I remember.
Wow! So glad I didn't have to go through all that with my 25th anniversary Rattler that just came in the mail.
