  • Восхитительно...Обалденный...Шикарно...Завораживающе...Мощно...Гениально! Мало слов, но много смысла и музыки - MUSE в своём репертуаре)

  • i wish i'd be there...!

  • HE is GOD !

  • @jillryy They *

  • Comment removed

  • a real v fest performance, unlike the shitty Eminem and rhianna for 2011

  • Reppin the Abbey road outro!

  • the crowd participation in this is better than anything i've ever fucking heard. i'd love to see anyone try to top this.

  • Holy shit... The "daa daa daaa....." from this crowd is INSANE!!! :O

  • I wonder how he felt on stage..

  • @fariskinggeorge better than making sex i think..!1 ;)

  • @13thApo LOL! XD

  • if the technology was ever invented, matt bellamy could become the richest man alive just by allowing people to be him for a day

  • THIS SONG MELTS MY FUCKING FACE.

  • OMFG... one of the best thing ive ever seen and heard period

  • I didn't know they used 'Man with Harmonica' back in 2008! I thought that was new to the resistance tour :P And i call myself a big muse fan :)

  • This is the one in Chelmsford, right? That was so amazing... my first Muse concert. Wish I could turn back time and go there again!!

  • What's the name of the song they play before Knights of Cydonia? I'm sure I heard it somewhere before

  • @bloodguzzler "Man with Harmonica" from "Once Upon A Time In The West". ;)

  • @Wimpoman Thank you

  • @bloodguzzler No probs. ;) The funny thing is, I personally think Muse's version is far superior to that in the film. lol

  • 6:55 how epic is that?

  • SOOOOOOO GREAT.

  • @muse03 epic- "An extended narrative poem in elevated or dignified language, celebrating the feats of a legendary or traditional hero."

please note the second half of that sentance. im sure you can figure out for yourself why its classed as epic, and wembley was last night, for me anyway, and it was FUCKING EPIC.

  • Anyone have a download for man with a harmonica + knights of cydonia? mp3? :) thank you, so hard to find!!

  • This has to be second good from Wembley

  • im watching this video may be for 50th time! LOL

  • This performance simply goes to show how the music of Ennio Morricone and the cinema of Sergio Leone inseparably continue to influence pop culture.

Though Leone and Morricone redefined and influenced musical composition in cinema more than anyone has since music was first used in the cinematic medium they also influenced musicians completely outside of cinema such as John Zorn, The Ramones, Muse, Mars Volta, and Metallica.

Ironic considering no one knows who either Leone or Morricone are...

  • @MarkWF5485 western films my grandad always watch that kinda stuff im not sure weather there musicians or film artists but there one or the other?????

  • Muse are amazing !!!! :) they are the best band live x and are my favourite band :) xx (L)

  • I do like Biffy... not as much as Muse, but I heard some of their stuff and it's pretty good. Simon Neil seems like a great bloke. His signature Strat ain't too shabby either...

  • I hope they do it at Glasto this year it'll be great if they did, INCLUDE THE HARMONICA IT'S FTW!

  • SO Wembly should be good!

  • this has to be the best version of knights so far

  • @11geosno have to agree with you mate! =] You going to Wembley 2010? i am going to be awsome! =]

  • @tap675 hell yeh!!! have you been on their website, because you can vote for what songs you want them to play

  • @11geosno yup, any good muse fan should be a member on there! what did you vote for? cant remember mine bt it was like stockholm syndrome, hysteria, dead star, glorious, songs like that. =)

  • @tap675 its kind of a guitly pleasure but i voted for starlight :P to make up for it i chose citezen erased and bliss.

  • @11geosno naah i like starlight well i guess i can say that for every one of their songs but you know =p

  • @tap675 true, theyve done less than 3 bad songs. (guiding light, hate this and ill love you and jimmy kane)

  • @11geosno yeah i agree, when i first heard jimmy cane i thought it was a david bowie cover lol =p guiding light, well i dont know about guiding light it souds like it should be the opening to star trek or something =0 i guess i kinda like HTAILY. oh well we all different =]

  • @tap675 i heard rumours that either kasabian, biffy clyro or the editors are supporting at wembley

  • @11geosno the editors and kasabian are, i dont know about biffy clyro though =]

  • @tap675 its gonna be epic anyway... well good luck, keep rocking and maybe i'll see you there

  • thnk 4 this vids....

  • 2nd best crowd after wembley

  • nice, how many people were there?nice audience. portugal's crowd is awsome! check some vids of the gigs.cheers

  • it's the soundtrack from the movie once upon a time in the west.

  • @sasquatch121 "man with harmonica"

  • Why the thumbs down? He's not wrong, it WAS used in Pirates of the Caribbean. The third film.

  • WEMBLEY 2010 = EPIC WIN.

  • See you there xD

  • @mangaloveFTW i hope they make another dvd

  • @mangaloveFTW why does everyone say words like epic n stuff like that

fer enough on world of warcraft or what ever it is where you get things called epics.

but this is a vfest video so where does wembley come into it and what has wembley won?

  • Harmonica Intro is taken from the Western "Once Upon a Time in the West" and played in the film by Charles Bronson's character. You can find it on any Ennio Morricone soundtrack compilation CD.

  • Excellent.

  • Lolz. i jus heard the hamonica bit they play at the beginning of KoC on 'pirates of...3' who done it originally

  • It was originally written as part of the soundtrack for the film "once upon a time in the west"

At least, I THINK that's what it was called.

  • I will be at the Oracle arena next year April 14th!

check out my video of Muse live on my page!

  • that harmonica intro... no better anticipation builder than that EVER... the hairs would start standing on end until you heard that opening power chord =DD

  • @KingHenrik1967 when i went to see them live in aberdeen they came on stage and there was no sound at all. then matt said "hello aberdeen" and there was the power chord at the start and my hairs stood on end. i got goose bumps. its such a good opener

  • i take it your saw them at the beginning of 2008 or before?

  • november 2006

  • yeh i saw them november 2006 but in manchester. They ended with Knights instead of started

  • id love to see for the the chorus he just let the crowd sing it, that would be so epic

  • Wish I was there! Looks like an amazing crowd. :o

I'll be at Wembley next year though ;)

  • What a crowd...

  • It was more like a choir which turned out to be a very nice touch for a very catchy song

  • Пафосно, епично и очень круто. Лучше мне не доводилось видеть.

  • nice :o

  • This was the best muse gig i've been to.

Can't wait for wembley next year gonna be amazing.

They are the best live band ever !!!!

  • omg this is sampled in pirates of the caribbean 3!!!!!!!

  • wtf?? :)

  • really???? in what part?

  • Cheesus chrust. This is on of the most amazing performances of alltime. :O

  • November 29 ... can wait, i've seen them las yera on Rock in Rio Lisboa and only one hour of muse paid my ticket =) so freakin awesome!

  • Seeing them is lisbon, 29, cant wait!!

  • The Resistance Bomb it's almost here... It's gonna be LEGEN... wait for it... DARY!!! Dia 29, Pavilhão Atlântico, Lisboa, Portugal!!! EU VOU!!!

  • epic.

  • that was fruitfull

  • haha they ain't don't worry about that, normal setup, just a pitty its in the 02 in my mind, they should be outdoors, i seen them last year and there's no better band live :D

the effect just ain't the same indoors :/ Im sure it will be good though :)

  • seeing them live in November

    cant wait!

Hope they dont go ruining it by bunging the stage in the middle of the arena though :/

  • christ... that's like the first time i've ever found a harmonica sexy

  • They need to come to San DIego or LA damn it! I've always wanted to see them live, but they never come to Southern California. I'm certain they could fill the Staples Center if they came to LA.

  • I saw them last night but they didn't play this song!

  • fucking awsome

  • just got ma Big Day Out tix, so keen. Hope they close with this

  • So lucky, hope you enjoy it.

  • THIS is why Muse are the best live band on the planet. Absolutely can't wait to see them at the Big Day Out in Auckland.

  • I shit in my pants each time i see this....

  • me to body lol haha

  • im breathless every time when i watch this video!!

  • what song is that at the beginning? I heard it before elsewhere

  • It's Man With A Harmonica by Ennio Morricone

  • No band could come anywhere near with a performance as epic as this!

This is why Muse are the best live band in the world.

  • id say muse would play a prodigy song better than the prodigy themselves, thats how good they are

  • the royal albert hall is still my favourite of all live perfomances from the BH&R tour!:D

  • can i download that

  • yeah but its a joint effort by fans sticking material they had together, meaning its not a proshot, but sound quality isnt bad

  • nooo no

i asked can i download "the royal albert hall" concert

    sry i wasnt specific :P

  • thats what im talking about :P

only fury was professionally recorded so a tonne of fans put all their material together, got the sound done properly, and now its downloadable, just not at great audio or visual quality (:

its nice to watch though haha

  • ooh sry i was thinking that you are talking about koc xD

    thx for the explanation :P

  • I was there ! Not far from the front !

  • did they end with this ?

  • I was there. It was unbelievable.

    This is Chelmsford.

  • Weston Park was mental.

    No proshots though =(

    Why?

Best Day Of My Entire Fucking Life_

  • I was there a bit far back but could see perfectly =D

  • how badly dyou want to be in that crowd

be there with my whisky and guinness, singing raglan road, little leprachaun suit on, then nath would have a gorilla suit on

  • i fucking witnessed this shit piece of amaing musical geniusness bitches!! (H)

  • i was against the front barrier for this on it was immense

  • Good lord... I just noticed, check out that huge satellite dish behind Chris at 3:58! That's just amazing... it moves and everything!

  • Its like getting laid i was smiling the whole way through ;) MUSE ARE AMAZING LIVE AND CHELMSFORD IS 20 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE SO I GO EVERY YEAR =D

  • Is this Chelmsford or Stafford? I was at Stafford

  • Me too =)

    But this is Chelmsford =S

I'd love to see a proshot of Weston though =)

  • Oh my GOD, my band MUST cover this.

When I get a band, that is.

    *sniff*

  • i wa there rite at front wa amazing

  • my firend went, she said it was mind blowingly good.

  • Deadstar, Hysteris, Stockholm Syndrome , TIRO, Plug in Baby, New Born, Citizen ERased, Showbiz, Muscle Museum, Knights of Cydonia, MOPT, Agitated, The Small Print, Bliss, Butterflies and Hurricanes. 15 songs for download , and thats before any new songs!

  • hysteris?

  • pedantic?

  • I dont think we'll see much of muse in the uk until autumn 2009 but im tipping them to play either glasto or reading/leeds in 2010. I think they should have ago at download, definitely think they could pull it off, anyone else agree?

  • If they played Download I think they would bring with it a whole different audience, possibly younger too. And with that they would then have to bill the likes of My Chem, bands who are appealing to younger audiences. Not that I would mind, it may make me consider going if they did that.

  • Oh my god that's great

  • this was the best day of my life at chelmsford

  • dick

  • Seen both The prodigy and muse live several times.

You must live in a different world to us! although i do like prodigy, muse are such a better live band, even a better band. Prodigy had the same crap for about 10 years now, There abit boring now! As For muse they could never do another album again and still wipe the floor with the prodigy. no contest there at all!

  • lmfao @ funkybass4ever,so u expext like 90,000 peeps to stand in silence when the worlds greatest live act is on stage?!?

dont smoke crack kids or you will end up like funkybass4ever.

    Long live MUSE !

  • is chris with the harmonica?

  • yes indeed...he's a man with many talents

Funkybass you must be one of those 60 year old guys that like to sit on a deck chair, close your eyes and listen to vivaldi.

sorry but you're at the wrong concert

  • wow you sound like youd be no fun at a gig.

  • ever been on a gig m8?

  • You've really walked into a mine field there, funkybass4ever.

I am probably twice your age and let me tell you, you have no chance of standing still and not getting involved in their concerts.

    This is not Chamber Music.

I hope you get to a concert and you will know what I mean.

  • you better never leave the house again then!

  • matt bellamy did say staffordshire was better than chelmsford. haha! nice one!.

  • I was at the staffordshire one. best thing i've experienced ever.

  • Did they do both festivals then?

  • yes... chelmsford on saturday and stafford on the sunday.

  • staffordshire definitely!!!

they released giant balloons filled with confetti onto the crowd. something which appears not to have happened in chelmsford

  • Chelmsford had the giant balloons too! I think they always do it when they play Plug in Baby!

  • At Stafford a balloon went on the stage and Chris burst it with his guitar. Did he do that at Chelmsford?

  • yeah both gigs were exactly the same LULZ

  • wooo0ooo man amazin gig

  • Sicksicksick!

  • This is the most "cowboy version" of the song with the harmonica, amazing.

  • Staffordshire here! It was great. Dude from Amsterdam saying to the whistle guys: Sorry we couldn't find you later on :) Had a great time tough!

  • Once upon a time in the west - I was BUZZING when they started playing this. Great gig it rocked !!!

  • i was in marlay park they playued there the day before!! aboslutely insanly good!!

  • i would of done ANYTHING to of been there! :'(

  • one word

    immense

  • best people at staffordshire by far- chelmsford smell!

  • obviously!

    chelmsford suxx!

    weston park was mint!

  • I beg to differ, chelmsford had the better weather ;)

Plus this was filmed in chelmsford..

  • It was last night... Wish I could relive it all over again. Will never forget this..

  • Was there. It was muddy at Western Park but Muse rocked.

  • So what songs did they play anyone know?
