K, here's the answer to the whole "Very Low Sodium Band/Salsa Commodity" confusion.

My friend Sanders wrote this song while he sang and played guitar for the Very Low Sodium Band. He then formed Salsa Commodity and they re-did it.

That's how it is. Check out his other bands, Strike Four and Played By The Hour, for more of his awesome music (Strike Four's probably his best work).
