I have been to Finland for 1 month and i have to tell that the Fnnish language is beautyful but VERY hard like the Hungarian. We have different world for almost everythink. And we are use 2 different world to make a new one..
Something like the good morning good/morning but we have tons of worlds like this.:)
@suslu12 Finnish is third hardest language to learn. Its so different. Icelandic is like swedish and swedish is like english. Thats why its easier to learn.
@StarControl69 LIke in comparison to Deutsch, when one wants to use 'in', the case if an article is present, is put into the dative case, so Im Haus, for example, but Suomeksi it is just simple '-ssa' 'ssä' depending on vowel harmony and after naturally consanant gradation and vowel change, how hard is that? Yes I found it hard at the beginning, but in heinsight, it is just so different that everyone's first thought on Suomi is that it is it vaikea! lol
@StarControl69 See that is where you're wrong. No language can really be said to be hard, as it all depends on the person's learning abilities and also native language (and also other languages they speak). I am a native English speaker and find this language one of the easiest I have learnt, in saying that, yes I found it hard, but no way was it the hardest, the only hard thing was just how different it was to other European languages, which I have learnt.
Minä olen slovakialainen, opiskelen suomen kieltä, koska Suomi on kaunis ja rauhallinen maa... Nyt asun Englannissa... Kuka voisi auttaa minua opiskelemaan?
@kanokth You don't have to say "terve" if you've already said "moi", it's like saying "hi Hello".
Corrections: *thaimaalainen *opiskelija *vuotias *ranskaa (the words bend in really weird way depending on what are you saying, "I live in french = Minä asun ranskassa" "I speak french = Minä puhun ranskaa") *thaimaata.
Tämä on hyvä kurssi! Mä pidän siitä. Olen jo opislellut suomea ja mä tiän se on oikein hyvä ja hyödyllistä niille jotka haluavat oppia suomea. Minä asun Australiassa täällä hetkellä. Joskus asun Suomessa.

By the way, there is a book sold in bookshops in Finland that goes with this.
This would be so much better with some explanation in English. I guess I just have to look up any words I don't know and trust in online dictionaries...

Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video series - I wouldn't even know about the existence of it if it weren't on youtube.
The intelligent creatures that put smart-ass remarks on this post should actually be happy that someone is helping to spread the Finnish language.
Bless you!
Paljon kiitoksia!

In 'perfect' Finnish that would be:
