I said that I was impressed by MIUI. The stock Android UI is little more than a reheated Linux desktop. Most launchers are just variations on the theme. MIUI may finally change that, which is a good thing.

Also, application dumping is a sloppy way to manage memory, regardless of how much memory you have. At least iOS offers a better solution than your half-assed "afford more memory".

@Tunainthebrine79: Youtube app on MIUI Rom doesn't have Youtube as an option in the upload menu. Doesn't matter if you download Youtube from Market or not. Their is a fix for it, but you can't just flash it the way you would a rom. So if anyone has a video on how to add this feature using another method, i.e. sdk, or something please let me know.

because iPhone has a great design, nice usability but lacks the freedom & modability of android. iOS is great, but only because its fast, stable, well designed - but other than that, i would say android is better.

i use miui too and i like it so far, even though i miss my app drawer.

Android's multitasking is the long outdated *nix method. The OS keeps every app ever opened in memory until it runs out of space. Then, it dumps processes one at a time to make room for new ones. This method is processor heavy & memory expensive. The iOS hybrid is much more efficient.

As for Flash, developers are jumping off Adobe's bandwagon in droves. HTML5 & web apps are the future. Apple is already on board, and will likely expand support in iOS5.

Most of the themes on most of the launchers on Android are poorly designed and downright fugly. I should know, I use an unsupported rom of version 2.2 with Launcher Pro. The stock Android launcher is underpowered and bland. ADW is a hot mess. Most of the others are jokes. I'd like to see MIUI bring some polish to Android.
