Hahaha ya, it is in the 4th season. I can't remeber what it is called because I stopped wacthing for a very long time, but it still is my favorite past time show. I think it is disc 1 season 4.
Hey everyone! Independent film makers Zack Zortman and Steve Kane here. Check out our newly released comedy, Colonial Commandments. Its the story of a psycho wannabe Revolutionary War colonel who terrorizes a college student. Simply type Colonial Commandments in on your Youtube searchbar and hit enter. The film is broken into 5 parts so be sure to watch them all! We appreciate everyones support and please let us know what you think! Thank you so much everyone and have a great day.
slapstick is the best comedy ever! i do it all the time when at family reunions or visting m god parents. they die of laughter, cuase i hurt my self so much on purpose, i end up hurting my self by accident! dick van dyke ur the best slapstick comedian ever!! ^^
That's one of the public domain episodes, called "Bank Book #6565696". It's available on here, somewhere, and is on cheap dvd's from Walmart/Poundland etc
omalleysanatomy, He was ill-used in that film- they shouldn't have expected him to carry off a Cockney accent when it was obvious he just couldn't do it. I felt sorry for him.
What irony throughout the whole skit! First he says slapstick is not funny and he gets himself stabbed, stuck, choked, yanked, sliced, etc....And it's funny!
Could you please, PLEASE post the rest of this show? There is an earlier scene where Dick Van Dyke imitates his boss when he is handed new comedy material. He has a mask on, and he does it without saying a word and its even FUNNIER (if you can believe tHat) than this one! Also the one where he buys Laura a "chandelier" for a necklace. If you do have these, I beg you plz post em!
From the last episode of the first season, "The Return Of Happy Spangler" [April, 1962]. Carl Reiner, who wrote this script, usually wrote these kinds of monologues for Sid Caesar to perform on "YOUR SHOW OF SHOWS" and "CAESAR'S HOUR". Wonder how Sid would have delivered it?
I did this for my drama class and everyone was in the floor laughing there heads off.

piperandtennantmad 3 years ago
