  • Is it true that she dated Eben Pagan?

  • yes, he said in one of his seminars that she's his girlfriend ;)

  • I like having my almonds in different flavors for a snack after surfing, running, or just a casual snack when ever.

  • I tried these snacks and they super filling and provide a ton of energy. I also feel great that I do not have to feel guilty after eating them. YUMMY!!!!

  • I love these videos that Rose posts!!!! They are so helpful!!! I have been trying to lose 40 pounds for about 10 years now and I am finally beginning to lose weight! Thank you so much! This is the only thing that has worked for me!

  • i can just see her and the new skinny david deangelo going at it in the kitchen after having their vegan lunch..lol

  • you mean eben

  • Dude you stole my name!!!

  • I've been looking into stevia, it's good to see someone refer to it, but is it ready for commercial use? I'd like to try it and find out, and if it's good include it on the menu at my health-food stand.

  • Thanks Rose! Educational health is a necessity. As a wellness consultant, I recommend getting rid of all the toxic products children are exposed to in their homes.

  • I was just about to say something about her skin.....she has amazing skin..

  • Precisely!

You could tell it's good skin from good health and not the make-up.

    That's truly good skin.

  • lol meat is way more unhealthy! nuts r good!

  • lol, i just went vegan :).. so i don't eat meat anymore.. but i'm staying away from nuts lol.

  • Almond is very healthy as it's high in Vitamin E.

The nuts you should probably try to avoid is peanuts.

Celery, carrots, and chicken breast are good too. Packed with anti-oxidants, betacarotene and protein respectively. :)

  • Almonds and Stevia... That's something I never thought of mixing together. Every time I tried stevia (had to eat it a lot because I worked at a health shop), It tasted so sharp! Make sure that everyone doesn't put more than 3 or 4 drops of that stuff in your almonds, or it won't taste as good as Rose makes it sound. Ha Ha.

  • almonds suck.i need to eat.

  • I thought there would be more to the recipe, like she would sprinkle the almonds onto a gigantic two-layer chocolate cake.

    Nope. Just almonds. o_O

  • lol me too like ew almonds?! i think i'll stick with my type of snack...like icecream yummy!

  • Great- short and sweet which can betough to do on such an important and expansive subject as wellness!

  • Maybe you should talk about your skin next time because your skin is glowing!!!

  • Wow, so youre tricking the almond to stop producing enzymes? I have been sprouting beans and seeds this way for months to get more nutrients out of them.I wonder if almonds will sprout also!

  • Thank you for the tip, it sounds like a great snack! But I'm sorry to say that between the pop-up google ad, the 'plug' for stevia, and her rattling off her web address at the end, this came off as more of a commercial than a snack idea.

  • I love this. More wellness tips!

  • This quick little snack is awesome! You just pour out the water after they soak for 8 hours and they plump up and get really sweet. I ate them while I was working and they gave me tons of energy. Thanks Rose!

  • do they go bad quicker after this or how long can you store them in the fridge?

  • that sounds great!

  • so how do you eat them? wet with a spoon?

  • i love almonds.. but that stuff looked kinda grody

  • SHE IS HOT VERY SEXXXXYYYYY

  • get a life

  • great tip...your really pretty =)

  • Hey really good to know. Gotta try this sometime.

  • great tip

  • Rose, I never knew that trick to eating almonds and getting their full nutrition. What a great suggestion. Thanks and keep the tips coming. -Emily

  • I was having a difficult time getting my four year old son to eat a healthy snack....until now! He loves the soft almonds soaked in water. It was much easier to eat for his little teeth. Thank you for the great tip, Rose :)

  • Rose, you're hot. How 'bout a date with an Alleyrat?

I can make some tuna noodle casserole if you feel so inclined for consumption before the festivities? >:)

  • "Soak almonds, Add sweetener, Eat" isn't really a recipe. More like a preparatory step for the almonds to put them into a snack. Regardless, I may try that.

  • the almonds were blocking the melons.

  • perhaps the funniest comment yet

  • that sounds kinda good if you added stevia...which is the best sweetener ever

  • Nuts in a sack? Nahh, too easy.

  • How do you eat almonds soaked in water??

  • Drain the water, let the almonds dry, then eat the almonds.

  • well, someone has to comment here...

    You are so pretty! LOL
