Regina was trained at Julliard. One of the reasons for her great talent. Unfortunately, when listening to her albums, you find that her handlers made huge mistakes in regard to song choice and effectively killed a great future. Her songs lacked the bite she so obviously wanted and was capable of. She should have been an Anita Baker or Toni Braxton. Instead, we use their names to discribe what could have been for her.

Then one day, many years later, I was looking at the liner notes, and saw that it was written by BeBe Winans. And when I listened again to the lyrics, I realised that it was about a relationship with our Heavenly Father. Thank you for letting me know that. I never knew that after all these years....This song should have been getting played in gospel radio. But, it probably would not have gone far commercially since gospel music was not as popular and accepted in the mainstream back then.
