OMG! Thank you so much for making this vid! I had been searching forever for a spiking tutorial that actually worked for my hair! I didn't really know how to get it to stand other than drowning it in freeze spray and blow drying it. But now I know how. Thanku'sssss!!!

After watching this video, i ran downstairs, got hairgel and hairspray, and gave it a go. turns out the back of my hair is too long, and the only way i'll be able to spike it is with hairglue. on the bright side, after an hour with fiddleing sticky-stiff hair, i found a style i liked, and when washing my hair, its so straight and coarse now, i dont have to use as much hairspray! in a way, you helped me with this, thanks :D !!!

Hi ok so i saw your comment that was like 22 days ago and i spike my hair up too but more in the back and what i did was to tell my stylist person to cut my hair like an inch or an inch and a half (whatever length you prefer) and since its shorter its easier to spike and stuff. But im a girl and my hair is shorter than the boy in the video but i hope this helps a little. :3
