I am using this same product to repair the grille tabs on my 86 GLH. At 8:00 you mention the hole in the needle. I found if the hole DOES get clogged, filling the needle cap with solution and holding the hole (thats clogged) in the solution and using a compressor will blow out the clog.
Use Devcon Plastic Welder. Easier. Much Faster.
