Thanks for your videos. Just got a baby z. Having trouble setting up keytrigger velocities. Do you know if it is possible to set up so that I can play fingerstyle with right hand? I understand that I can't 'pluck' the strings like on a guitar but can you set it up so that you can get good balance and be able to play the melody a bit louder that the chords. I seem to get a minimum of 65% raw data from the sensors when I tap softly which seems too high. An thoughts? Regards Michael
Thanks all. Yes you can tap on a Baby Z as with other ztar models.
The neck is noticably smaller then other ztars. Both in scale length and in fretboard height. An easy way to extend the range is to set up the expression pads to act as notes. If you are using a "tap" setting for your fretboard you can also use the key triggers as an extension too. adding 24 more notes to the instrument..
Nice technique! Can't imagine what it'd be like with key triggers. I will record some more videos soon now that I've moved apartments and can make a little more noise than usual (yay)

@MichaelWSemmler apologies for the delayed response. Don't pluck, tap checl the output level and the sensitivity of your vsti as well.
