thats very true a good way to practice 90s before starting is to warm up with just handstands holding them for as long as u can with out moving and with ur legs split a nd practicing the y press to gain strength so u could hold the spin.. u should practice that everyday before u start ur 90 training

simply watching people do the move you're trying to learn flawlessly can REALLY help you man, not only do you constantly see the correct form and technique, but you also start to visualize the move better and can replay it infinitely in your head, something that you can't get by looking at disconnected steps or something.

just look at a "tutorial" once, and then the rest is self-practice and occasional reference.
