Smart move. i pushed "the on Demand" and discovered and i was finished before i knew it. after you get over the "I can not believe this, i look dorky" then you say "bump it". i need to exercise. It is fun..really. smart move on his part, smart genes. Oh it helps that he is goodlooking. Looks similar to his dad, just cuter.

I LOVE this workout! I tried it on "Exercise TV on Demand" and LOVED it! It's so much fun and it seriously goes by so quickly. I'm definitely buying the DVD but I hope you come out with many more so I can start a great Cardioke collection! :)
