What you tried to do is called posting and it's what humans instinctively try to do when they fall...people do it all the time falling on ice, skateboarding and even in martial arts. Basically, get rid of your instinct to do that, because it is just about the easiest way to increase your chances of breaking your arm by like 400% every time. It's never a good idea. You should take some training on how to fall properly and keep your head tucked in.
ya i know... i done tht trick that day like 40 times and we were jaming for like 5 hours at that point so i was tired and i didnt really pay attention and as soon as i was in the air i lost balance and i was faling the wrong way so i couldnt jut roll or stop on my legs so ya i just messed up
if u consider my arm joint bending inward then ya i guess i was just fine... its called hyper extended arm and if i would have leaned just a little more to my left arm the joint would exploded and yea... the only reason i put that here is because it COULDA been worst and because after this happened my arm was in shock so like for the next hour i couldn't do any parkour cuz its hurt and i had no strength to grip anything
oh i said that because some peoples arm(like mine) can do that without it hurtinng like being double jointed mine bends relly far back and i'm fine so no need to get angry i made a asumption that was rong i'm sorry
well since u wrote this message u wasted about 34 seconds and readign ths u will have wasted about 10 seconds so tht is 1 minutes 10 seconds of ur life wasted
nice but u shudnt bail a reverse vault especially with a drop... reverses should be quick rotations ur technique is going wrong somewhere because u shud be able to go into a saftey roll easily

Thats how I broke my humerus, I landed like that (second clip) on my arm off a trampoline and keep going.
tendon ripped off the end of my humerus. not so funny at the time though.
