They are fairly easy if the bugs and weather cooperate. I like that they are a very versatile crop that can be cooked many ways, and are so good for you. Problem I have is finding a place to store them. This "Gulf Coast/ Coastal Plains" type weather means I must keep them in the kitchen in a well air-conditioned spot, or risk loosing them. If all goes well I might have 200 pounds or more of sweet potatoes to store... we just keep them on the kitchen floor.
