I am looking into islam and have seen quite a few of these videos, in a previous video while questioning christianity, it was said that if jesus died for everyones sins, then it doesn't matter if you sin, is there not a similar concept then in islam if you say that Allah will forgive your sins anyway?

in islam everyone is responsible for their own actions and sins. If you sin you pay for it. In islam no one has died for your sins. That shows a lack of responsibility. Besides if you think of it does it make any sense. Why should jesus die for a sin that adam comiitted and then passed it on to us normal human beings. In islam there is no original sin and no one dies for anyone sins. Your sins are your own and repentance should come from you
To be a slave to Allah is to be free. Only Allah gives you freedom when you become a slave to Allah. When we sins we are enslaved to hardship and trouble. Know Allah to know peace. No Allah- No peace.
Biggest and most widespread sin, and the people these days dont even realise it. IT has gotten to the point where they made up this term "Virgin" as an embarassing term for those who avoid fornication. Regardless Allah is the most forgiving, and he loves to forgive.

Selam Brothers. I started listening to this show not two long ago. I have a question for brother Nouman Ali Khan. I am looking for advice really. I came to America When I was in 8th grade and went down the same path however elhamdullilah Allah showed me the way once more. When you said to get married right away or ASAP how exactly is someone in my situation suppose to do it? We do not arrange marriages where I am from and i live in a place with very few muslims especially single women.

Why would Jesus call Him our father then. Jesus is the Son of God and his actions and miracles substantiate all the words he has spoken. Why God does that, we don't know, but there are many things that He does that we do not know and same with you.
No one knows anything about them ,except that they claim they were disciples of Isa son of Mary, which is likely impossible. Because most of them lived decades,centuries after the death of Isa peace be upon him.
So with that said, the Qur'an's Author is God. This is what you will come to ,if you study the miracles of Qur'an.
To say that the authors of the gospels are unknown is completely farcical. We know a lot about the authors of the gospels and I challenge you to look it up for yourself if you are truly striving for truth. Besides the gospels, Flavius Josephus, someone not mentioned in the bible makes reference to Jesus and his miracles in his writings. Further proof.
I don;t understand how you can come to the conclusion that the Author of the Qur'an is God.There is only one author, Mohammed, causing it to be extremely fallible.Mohammed was a traveling trader by trade who came in contact with many Jewish and Christian people.Then he gets a "revelation" that shows him the right way to foolow God and it just so happens to be a little bit of both those religions and cultural values intertwined. Do you realize that Mohammed prayed towards Jerusalem at first?
Do you know that he presented his revelations to the Jewish people in order for them to convert? Did you also know that when they declined, he had another "revelation" and changed the direction in which you pray to mecca rather than Jerusalem. It all just doesn't add up my friend.
As a christian I believe in supernatural happening by God, like you do I'm sure, but it is hard to believe one man who is has no miracles to substantiate the words he's written.
The bible is composed of many authors through different books, and each theme in the book hits a centralized theme in the salvation through Jesus Christ. You could list Jesus Christ as a liar, crazy, or the son of God. Everything he said happened, and he has many miracles to substantiate his words. You've got to have faith, but seeing is also believing.
What substantiates this? What has Mohammed done to prove that he has received these revelations. If I were a muslim and told you today that Mohammed had another revelation that isn't in the Qur'an, you wouldn't believe me. But, if I came to you and spoke of the revelation and that God sent me and healed a man of cancer in front of you, you would believe me.
Mohammed just spoke of it and said he was sent from God...
Why don't you look at the background information of Islam and also look at Christianity to see what you find. God, or Allah in your case, wants you to question your faith so you can find the truth my friend. If you are truly striving for the ultimate truth, you will question your faith and look into all the other faiths. You can't just rely on what everyone else has told you about your religion.

I actually said he lived in Mecca if you actually read and weren't being so ignorant. no the quran says to treat people with respect it's just that some people don't know what that is. One of the main aspects of the religion is the fact that Abraham had a son through a slave he owned and that son was promised a great nation by God. I've read all your other stuff, and the trinity says that God is three distinct persons in one divinity. It is a mystery we can't explain, and Jesus did in fact say he was God. He IS God. In Genesis, it says that man was created in OUR image. Jesus was put to death for blasphemy. Why: because he claimed he was God.
The bible was not distorted, there are so many different translators, and while the words may not translate word for word from hebrew, there are too many to keep the meaning in check that it cannot be distorted. Arabic was Muhammed's language, so that is also a possible, and most likely the main reason, why the Qur'an was written in arabic.

Jesus never proclaimed to be God, the Bible was pure at that time, it was later distorted by the "authors" you mentioned. Jesus said to his companions, before his crusifiction, not to worry, becoz the true word of God will come soon through an Honest man. 600 years later, the Quran was revealed to Muhammed, who was called the Most Honest Man at the time. As for trading with CHristians and Jews... it's common sense that Christians and Jews used the trade routes when travelling from place to place. The trade routes, that Mohammed used as a TRADER, were a common place for the exchanging of ideas. And as for Mohammed writing it, he didn't, he couldn't, write the Qur'an, but rather just spoke it so others could put it in written form. The Qur'an is the word of man, one man who has shown no reason to be believed.

No one knows anything about them ,except that they claim they were disciples of Isa son of Mary, which is likely impossible. Because most of them lived decades,centuries after the death of Isa peace be upon him.

I don;t understand how you can come to the conclusion that the Author of the Qur'an is God.There is only one author, Mohammed, causing it to be extremely fallible.Mohammed was a traveling trader by trade who came in contact with many Jewish and Christian people.Then he gets a "revelation" that shows him the right way to foolow God and it just so happens to be a little bit of both those religions and cultural values intertwined. Do you know that he presented his revelations to the Jewish people in order for them to convert? Did you also know that when they declined, he had another "revelation" and changed the direction in which you pray to mecca rather than Jerusalem. It all just doesn't add up my friend.

The bible is composed of many authors through different books, and each theme in the book hits a centralized theme in the salvation through Jesus Christ. You could list Jesus Christ as a liar, crazy, or the son of God. Everything he said happened, and he has many miracles to substantiate his words. I actually said he lived in Mecca if you actually read and weren't being so ignorant. If you believe in certain things about Jesus and what he has said, how can you not believe it all. You can't jsut pick what you believe he said or didn't say. I've read all your other stuff, and the trinity says that God is three distinct persons in one divinity. It is a mystery we can't explain, and Jesus did in fact say he was God. He IS God. In Genesis, it says that man was created in OUR image. Jesus was put to death for blasphemy. Why: because he claimed he was God.

The bible was not distorted, there are so many different translators, and while the words may not translate word for word from hebrew, there are too many to keep the meaning in check that it cannot be distorted. Arabic was Muhammed's language, so that is also a possible, and most likely the main reason, why the Qur'an was written in arabic.

Jesus never proclaimed to be God, the Bible was pure at that time, it was later distorted by the "authors" you mentioned. Jesus said to his companions, before his crusifiction, not to worry, becoz the true word of God will come soon through an Honest man. 600 years later, the Quran was revealed to Muhammed, who was called the Most Honest Man at the time. As for trading with CHristians and Jews... it's common sense that Christians and Jews used the trade routes when travelling from place to place. The trade routes, that Mohammed used as a TRADER, were a common place for the exchanging of ideas. And as for Mohammed writing it, he didn't, he couldn't, write the Qur'an, but rather just spoke it so others could put it in written form. The Qur'an is the word of man, one man who has shown no reason to be believed.

maybe it's because that most people in the west are financially stable to marry at young age...so there is no excuse...what is meant by fasting regarding marriage is if there is no way you can marry because of finance, then you fast...but you can't trick Allah by saying: "I'm not ready for marriage because of education etc etc bla bla". The hadeeth: الدنيا سجن المؤمن وجنة الكافر (the Prophet Muhammad said) "This world is the Prison of the believer & the Paradise of the disbeliever."
Narrated by Abu Hurayrah, and the hadeeth is in "Saheeh Muslim", and in the original book (in Arabic), its reference # is 2956.
