  • You have to make more endurance training to melt away your fate. there is not really much differnce between a really fat man without muscles and you. of course you have much strentgh but you have to define your body. perhabs with high instensity intervall training. you know just go for a walk a something

  • it is harder to bench with your feet up than with your feet on the ground. I would not attempt heavy weight like this because it throws a person off balance.

  • That is a bunch of weight, but in competition, you can't have you feet up on the bench, you can't pick up your butt up off the bench and you have to pause at the bottom. I'd guess he could do 230kg or 235 in competition, that is still damn good but not as impressive as what this looks like.

  • @tempac91 He'd have to keep his feet on the ground, butt on the bench, and pause long enough on his chest to make the bar motionless, once the press command is given the bar must travel only upward, no downward motion is allowed meaning he can not sink the bar into his chest after the press command it given. 235kg or 527lbs is still a great bench raw and very few in the world can do it at an actual meet.

  • @TiN0350 I actually compete in the USPF and APF powerlifting organizations, and train with A man who judges not only in American Powerlifting organizations but also world powerlifting organizations. Obvious errors are just that obvious. I don't take anything away from the lift, it is very impressive, but nothing counts unless it is done in a competitions, every powerlifter knows this..

  • At least a moderate arch in the back is proper form. The heavier the weight gets, to more you have to arch to provide more stability in the lift. Arching is in no way cheating, and most of the time those who think that "raw" benching mean flat backed are either gay bodybuilders or people who no understanding of biomechanics beyond a flex magazine article.

If u wanna do a real benchpress you should have your feet in the air, do a stop at about ten seconds at your chest and then locking it out with just your arms moving. I had been 234 b4 and it's takes a toll on you Mass is a Killer when you age. Lose the fat covering the large muscles and you will be impressive. Women don't give a SHIT about bench numbers we all lift to get better and more women. Don't give that Im a monk I lift for me crap.
