I picked one up at a yard sale a couple years ago supposedly running for $15, never started and I never messed with it. Pulled out my old McCulloch Eager Beaver chainsaw that sat for 10 years without being touched, with the 10 year old gas, 10 pulls and it fired right up.
i the that problem too....this morin it worked and i cut a tree after that it would start rev then die and wont start again.....i checked the clutch and that was my problem
what year is that i have 1 and needs a bar and chain

I found parts for mine on ebay! very cheap cost but make my saw run again! Mine is a Homelite XL2, witch got 2 trigger.

i just got the same saw. i agree with Vespita.
my dads old super xl is a fantstic saw and this other little saw is hard to find parts for

Great chain, but I can´t find parts for it. Homelite has we useto know it´s over.

@Vespita the xl is the really light small saw right, cuz I used an xl,and it wieghed like 8 lbs
