  • OMG CANT BELIEVE THE HD ON THIS VIDEO :O

  • hi there,,self raising powder can be use for the flour ?

  • heyloooooo

  • Do you use 40g plus 2 tablespoons of flour if you don't have almond powder?

  • i suppose you can because chef mary replied to a comment before this that almond powder can be substituted with wheat flour (all purpose flour) or hazelnut powder or cornflour (cornstarch)... you can also make your own almond powder/almond flour by finely grounding them in your food processor!

  • hello, you told that need 2 tablespoon of flour, but later use only one. the other tablespoon is only for pan?

  • Yes, I add 2 tablespoons of flour to the cake preparation and 1 teaspoon in the cake tin. Just in the video I put all these quantities in the same vessel.

  • Hi, don't you need to use baking powder?

  • Yes, I have a flour with baking powder already include and if you use a regular flour add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

  • chef mary, can i substitute almond powder? btw, thank you for all your recipes :)

  • Yes, you can replace almond powder with wheat flour/hazelnut powder/corn flour, but result will be not the same. Try it and tell us the result!
