Yes, I add 2 tablespoons of flour to the cake preparation and 1 teaspoon in the cake tin. Just in the video I put all these quantities in the same vessel.

Yes, I have a flour with baking powder already include and if you use a regular flour add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
