  • hello Natalie, i personally never eat fast food and i am not living in the united states... although i would happy to hear about what cheese consider a bed and good for you.... cause i love cheese.... and please dont just talk about the cheese in the u.s (if you could call that a cheese at all!)

  • I love you, you are very informative, with the foods and description of, glad I found you, you are now my guide to healthy living, am 138lbs,am 5ft,4inc or maybe 5ft 5, I am feeling very fat, though I am being told am not, so I figure eating healthy will be the way to go, not that I didnt before, but I want to know now the healthy foods, not a bfast person,now I want to include that in my daily living

  • Fat is not what's making you fat. sugar is, it messes with your insulin levels and becomes stored as fat, then your body craves sugar to balance your insulin. sugar is a poison, if an animal is fed sugar and water it dies faster than one only given water. Bread has a higher glucose count than table sugar so just eat ur burger w/o a bun and you're good. Also avoid aspertaim, which is quite literally rat poison. that means diet soda. My family has been directly affected by aspertaim causing cancer

  • I need somebody to answer this question for me, and this is a serious health concern for me. I had seven fish meals in the past seven days, is that too much? I know fish are a fatty food, but the good kind of fat. But at the same time I have a fatty liver. Should I cut back on this fish a little.

  • @survivalgun Fatty foods mean high in fat. Omega three fatty acid is still a fat, hence the name. You can't say they contain a lot of omega 3(polyunsaturated fat) and say that they are lean (contain almost no fat).

  • Exercise is what will keep you healthy. By exercising, you will work off the calories in fast food. The high protein content from the burgers and chicken will help build muscle. Also, since you sweat alot during exercise, the extra salt in the fast food will actually be good for you. If you do not exercise the fast food will be bad for you.

  • I love the way she puts her words together, and better yet the fact that she is exactly like me, but of course i'm a guy and so i'm a little different. I always think before i try and go get fast food, if i'm not cooking, what is there to even get? Nothing heathy and strangly a lot of the "healthy" food now days is bad for you and causes stress. I can't even eat my celery without having to pill it because of the sprays.

  • One thing bothers me ....2000 KCAL/DAY ??? My resting metabolic rate is at 2100 kcal/day and i workout 5 days a week so my real metabolc rate is at 3200 kcal/day! NEVER SUGGEST A LOW CALORIC DIET ( that's below 2000kcal) YOU MORON!

  • Chinese king prawns, with bamboo shoots and water chest nuts. Drain any of the gravy/sauce it comes in and replace with lemon/lime or low fat dressing.

    Health wise it's the best I've come up with.

  • I very rarely eat at fast food restaurants, not only because it's unhealthy but most of the food is too bland and greasy anyway. Even the salads at fast food restaurants are bad for you. I do get the veggie delight at subway a lot though.

  • Subway veggie max on whole wheat. Burger King has a veggie burger, too, but I don't know how good it is. Other than that, I would guess that taco bell's bean burrito would be better than most other fast foods--excluding the fact that it's made with white flour.
