The problem with the pigs is, they think they can decide instead of the courts, and it swings both ways. If a pig murders someone, then they will destroy evidence, lie under oath, plant false evidence, anything to get their fellow pig off. In this case the guy shot the officer right in the court room, everyone saw, he definitely did it, but there's plenty of times that pigs will just decide a guy is guilty and dish out their vigilante justice based on nothing but a hunch.
