They are Cosmetics Company Outlets. They sell discontinued/limited edition products from companies such as MAC, clinique, urban decay, etc. I think you can just type in "Cosmetics Company Outlets" in google, and you should be able to get on this site that tells you locations. Hope that helped :)

It has to be Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover. It removes my tough water proof mascara, and I also use it all over my face.

i brought neutragena ultra sheer dry touch...but for some reason its giving me dry patched near the mouth area...did that happen to u when u first started using it?

I got some dry patches on the tip of my nose. If that happens, you might want to moisturize those areas before using the neutrogena sunscreen.
