no, It's actually megatron, he comes back as a tank in this movie, it looks like megatron at least. its not devastator. you know whats amazing? the think that takes out the helicopter and rolls through the bridge, thats not devastator, its only ONE of SEVEN guys who form devastator. as much as i hate to say this i think the autobots are gonna lose in this GM 2 hour commercial ^^

what you saw here was only half of the full Devestator,and it'll take a hell of a lot of firepower to bring it down

Yeah, I believe he makes up main torso. Its name is Scavenger (an excavator). There are 6 large construction vehicles that are also transformers that make up a part of Devastator. Its right leg is a dump truck, its left leg is a bulldozer, its left arm is a crane, its right arm is a front-load shovel, its head is a cement mixer. It has a standing combat mode with all six vehicles and there is also a huge tank mode where all six vehicles combine as one vehicle.

We now have confirmation of which Constructicons are in the film that will form Devastator and what part of Devastator they form. They are...

Rampage (front loader, right arm), High Tower (crane, left arm), Long Haul (dump truck, right leg), Scrapper (bulldozer, left leg), Scavenger (RH400 steam shovel, body), and Mix Master (cement mixer, head). I've seen the toy for Scrapper and his robot form looks pretty badass.
