Personally I think these guys show enormous restraint every time they play.

You can't expect these guys to play as hard as they do in a contact sport with enormous pressure to perform and in front of so many people without conflict.

And besides, 99% of the time they keep the fight itself respectful. And almost always its "mutual go time".

If you don't like it don't watch it. Fighting has been a part of hockey for a long time. Taking fighting out of hockey would be like taking Santa Clause out of X-mas, its tradition. Also, if you take fighting out now things will get a lot worse, there would be more situations like Steve Moore was in a few years back. They should take out the instigator rule, that way you can see more finesse and speed. Star players won't be a target, unless the offender wants to eat a few knuckle sandwiches.
