I'm gay and have never really understood the trans thing very well, but listening to you and others relate your feelings and experiences makes me realize that we aren't so very different after all: the freedom to be our true selves is what it's all about.
Thank you for your kind words as well as viewing my video. I used to have a teacher in secondary school that felt the same exact way. That person did not understand the Trans thing either. I think the problem is that people that have not experienced something have difficulty understanding it. Ever since I was little I felt I was born into the wrong body. If we allow our colors to shine through then we notice we are not so different, but all working towards being ourselves.
I can only hope for the same thing. I hope that are youth as well as others who are being bullied can see that it does get better. Thank you for watching my video.
