Carillons are grand instruments but there's nothing like the full tone of a bell being smacked out of it, complete with doppler effect

Dear JUFA, No, I think the graffiti is a good contrast to the never ending message of sound that the bells proclaim, the graffiti seems to be responding to the bell message. . Responding to the bells is something that old folk probably did not feel they could do, (like you perhaps) because it is disrespectful. . Das mit dem Graffiti ist echt ein bisschen seltsam. Für alles ist Geld da, aber diese Schmiererreien entfernt keiner. Dieses tolle Gebäude wird mit solchen Sachen verschandelt und keinen juckts.

@DerSoerper78 Ja, das mit den Graffitis ist schon war. Aber das Entfernen wäre die Folge nach dem Hinschmieren und das ist das was ich noch mehr beanstande. Diese hirnaputierten Schmierfinken. Da gibt es leider so viele von, dass das mit dem Wegmachen keiner mhr nachkommt. Aber deswegen bin ich ja garnicht bei dem Vidio gelandet. Ein einzigariger Sound. Gänsehaut! Thx for upload

@PaulPhoe jap, es wird zwar ausdrücklich gesagt, man sollte nicht direkt unter dem Klöppel stehen (könnte ja fliegen gehen, ausgeschlossen ist nix), aber man kann bis ran, dass sie über dich drüber schwingt, schon ein merkwürdiges Gefühl wenn über einem 24 Tonnen hersausen :-) aber Herrlich !

Das versteh ich allgemein sowiso iwie nicht.

Normalerweise darf man sich nicht in der Glockenstube aufhalten, wenn Glocken läuten, es ist meine ich sogar gesetzlich verboten!

Warum darf ich zu den Domglocken, aber offiziell nicht zu unseren Glocken in der Dorfkirche? obwohl da ein Platz ist, wo 100% nix passieren könnte?...da müsste wenn schon der ganze Turm einkrachen und dann ist man unten in der Kirche auch net wirklich sicher :-)

Auf der einen Seite gibt mir das Kirchenmeisteramt des Steffl zunächst rund 2 Wochen vor dem 26.12. auf meine Anfrage hin eine Absage. Die Begründung: Sicherheits,- und Haftungsgründe. Am 28.12. taucht ein Video auf welchem meinen ziemlich ähnlich ist (Wettersituation Dauer des Geläuts)! Und da windet sich der Herr vom Kirchenmeisteramt, auf meine nochmalige Anfrage, wie das möglich ist, wie ein Wurm am Angelhaken! Aber, Blunzn, wie wir in Wien sagen würden!

I went to Cologne Cathedral 3 years ago just to listen to the bells. For a start it is a real slog climbing to the top up a very narrow winding staircase. But once there, you get a feeling of the age of this structure. Old timbers, stonework, and then the bells. Bass sound in its purest form, un amplified and totaly awsome. You must go. One thing that did sadden me was the amount of graffiti in the bell chamber.

Just to not, "Allah" is an Arabic word deriving from "ilah", which means someone to be worshipped (i.e. god), And 'Al" means "The" so, "Allah" literally means "The God". That's the arabic proper name. That's why, if you ask Arab Christians "who's Allah?" They'll say "Jesus is Allah". But What the narration says is actually nice.

Die Glocken e' und g' läuten deshalb nicht mit, weil dies nicht gewünscht wird. Das "Tutti" mit sämtlichen Glocken hätte es nie gegeben, und mehr als 5 Glocken könne sowieso niemand heraushören. Ursprünglich haben sich viele gegen den Guß der d' gewehrt, aber jetzt ist sie doch drin. Eigentlich wäre es klanglich besser, wenn die e' anstelle der d' mitläuten würde. Ich habe allerdings eine Aufnahme mit allen 8 Glocken, das klingt wie G-Dur mit einem unpassenden c°

Zumindest an Ostern läuten aber alle 8. Und ich kann sehr wohl alle heraushören, das ist kein Problem.

Eigentlich SOLLTEN bis auf Maria Empfängnis und Weihnachten alle acht Südturmglocken läuten. Maria Empfängnis läutet dieses Motiv und an Weihnachten nur Pitter, Pretiosa und Speciosa. Da kann auch ich alle acht raushören, wenn alle läuten.

Der Glockenfreund hört dies selbstverständlich heraus, sogar die im Schlagton schwache e'. Die "offizielle" Verweigerung des Vollgeläuts ist lediglich das Werk eines Musiktheoretikers, welcher identisch ist mit dem Herausgeber der LP/CD.!
