if you guys watch the original video it explains it. this is a natural process for all bulldog puppies, where they have trouble getting up because they're so disproportionate, and the owner's not supposed to help it so it can learn to do it on it's own. The owner did exactly what they were supposed to do. plus, the mother dog is clearly 2 feet away from the puppy, and knows to help it if it's seriously distressed. this is not animal cruelty at all
