Their is no REAL training for the paranormal lol, Nobody on this planet understands exactly what the paranormal really is so how can you train somebody for it. My oppinion is its definitely not spirits of dead humans, i would say its something else, and usually its negative or demonic. Check my videos and see my EVPs, i almost never catch positive ones
this guy is a total idiot hes a 48 year old man who still chases ghosts and cons other people into believing he really sees the paranormal. im sure im not the only person calling bullshit on this guy but ive been around him enough to kno hes a tool
Dave's a good guy. The events are a great way for a person to get their feet wet, see what it's all about, learn techniques, use equipment and meet other people with the same interests. His heart is in the right place.
As a paranormal investigator and researcher who has just "taken one for the team" so to speak, I agree with Dave here when he says he worries about the people out there who do not have a support network of great colleagues to help get you through it. Thank you Dan for being part of my support network. Listen up all, this can happen to anyone. I know because it happened to me. Learn how to protect yourself and your crew. And learn what to do should you run into something you don't understand.
Uh, pardon me satyr, but don't you think he would be ruining his money making business by informing people of the dangers of the paranormal? Why is his credibility at such stake because he accepts payment for "Ghost Hunts"? Now if he was receiving payment for going to client's homes to investigate possible haunting(s) then I could see the reason to gripe. Hell, if I had the time and energy and could supplement my salary by doing "ghost hunting tours" I'd do it myself. And I'm VERY credible!

I friggin LOVE Dave! He's amazing. I also like how he is acting so professional, but he is wearing a shirt that says "Don't scare me I poop".
Crazy man. :)

Isnt this the guy who makes money charging people to go on his celebrity ghost hunts? He's the last person Id want to see discussing the dangers.
