@CashiusTML according to the bible, those rules you mentioned were the rules Moses created, which is in the old testament. Christians the people who believe in Christ do not follow them. Also, those rules themselves do not say about killing homos, we are against homosexuality, but we do not kill them. And it does not say about killing ur children. @CashiusTML according to the bible, those rules you mentioned were the rules Moses created, which is in the old testament. Christians the people who believe in Christ do not follow them. Also, those rules themselves do not say about killing homos, we are against homosexuality, but we do not kill them. And it does not say about killing ur children. Again, those are rules only worked in the distant past, Christians do NOT follow them. Jesus himself went against those rules.

So you just implied that the majority of people cant call on God because they cant penounce the original ancient Hebrew name. Let us also recall the hundreds , if not thousands, of names we use to call on him that are translated into English.
Adonai El Elyon - "the Most High God"
Shaddai - "Almighty"

sorry to say but the name Jesus isn't correct. First of all there is no "J" in Hebrew; heck the letter "J" appeared 800 years ago at the latest. Second the messiah is from the the tribe of Yahudah (Judah). Which are Yews (Jews). Third the actual birth name of the messiah is Yahshua or Yeshua. So it is not "Jesus" by where we are saved. You don't translate peoples names to other names. Same individual but different name. And by the way he is the one who spoke through the entire (OT)

The oldest documented case of aramaic for the NT is 110 C.E. older than any single or multiple document of the Greek which it's oldest is dated between 190-240 C.E.
The Aramaic is called Pashetta for the oldest document. You sure are ignorant to believe in those teachers up front in your sunday church and the colledges that teach Theology.

With the placement of the vowels is Y-ah-u/oo-ah the "vav" is always silent in the middle of a word. And it is the only letter that can convert another letter. The sounds that it makes with vowel markers are "O, OO or U" nothing else.

@malkatzadik in correct the oldest known writting on the divine name and how to say it comes from Josephus. He states that the divine name has three sylobles. Yah Weh, Yah Veh and, Yahwah do not have three. They have two. The closest correct pronouncition is "Jahovah" which is not the divine name, however it IS the closest other than actually saying the name. "Jah-ho-vah" three sylobles. And that is why the people who translated the King Jimmy Bible used that name.

Your kinda wrong, the word "YHVH" in hebrew is not the word for "God" in english. That word is "Elohim" that word is literally "Mighty One(s)" which we translate to God. The word "YHVH" is a combination of three words in herbew which is, was; is, Will Be". YHVH is not the word that mankind can say, but "YHVH" is the name the He himself said His name IS. That word is not Yahweh, that is close, but the "V" in "YHVH" makes an OO sound in Hebrew not a w or v sound. This word is all languages.

@wbgwyn, shalom! I am not sure which Scriptures you read but the Father did not speak to Abraham at the burning bush. Abram called on the Name Yahweh in Genisis 12:8. Yahweh spoke to Moshe (Moses) and He did use a Name not a word! Check the following Scriptures for yourself.
Deut. 18:5, 28:10, 2 Chronicles 6:32, 7:14, Isaiah 52:6, Micah 4:5, and Exodus 3:10-15 as stated in malkatzadik post.

Ancient Hebrews were forbidden to say YHWH. So the copyists of the OT added the vowels from Adonai to YHWH. The vowel clearly didn't match. It dramatically reminded readers not to say the word "YHWH." A thousand years after Christ Jewish scholars formulated the word "Jehovah" to take the place of YHWH.
