  • In my experience of Acne: the soap and creams I used caused the Acne but it was really an allergic reaction to I guess the ingredients of the Soaps and creams that were causing small acne bumps all over my face. So I tried Avalon Organics COq10 combo pack and my skin looked great but it was a little expensive so I found that Nuetrogena Deep Cream Cleanser keeps my face clear and my face is not having that allergy reaction which looked like acne. Worst was Garnier very harsh caused lots of bumps

  • When I'm stressed I do cardio exercises, like running on a spot make sure I breath well. I try do that for at least 15 min. or 30 min. if I can. Or I put on a set of videos from sparkpeople and follow some of the routine that Nicole shows. But most time, I just do lots of movements with my whole body in a short period of time in a way that I have to catch up my breath.

Then he says 2 eliminate all stimulants out of the diet, add adaptogens But I do think it necessary 2 add that once the stimulants R out of the way--they cause a clouding, even smogging over effect, of how we feel energetically--then heed/follow how U feel: if down, go down 4 a nap; if up exercise or do something else productive. Getting in2 such rapport with your body is way rewarding

  • Fruits are great for your skin - including dark circles and puffiness. Also dark green veggies and green tea.

    Try cantaloupe for a couple days and see the difference. Let me know what happens ;-)

  • i used to have raw chocolate occasionally but for the past two months, i've been putting 1 Tbsp in my smoothies everyday and now i have dark circles under my eyes and do not feel well. i got my thyroid checked, but my levels are normal. however, i heard from a N.D. that it does not show up until you are more than 70% deficient. does anyone know about this?

  • its from to much stress on your kidney /adrenal area.. too much sex , too much stress, could also be lack of fluids, thats the most common one.

  • Heredity has a lot to do with it. Proper sleep helps, but there is only so much you can do with creams, diet, sleep, etc. You can't overcome genetics.

  • Why not just do a candida cleanse? I did one a couple years ago and all my symtoms (migraines,sensitinity to strong odors, extreme dry eyes) went away. It was spendy though, but worth it.

  • When I am stressed I go and spend time with the Lord. I pray, sing and worship, as well as read the Word. During stressful moments I really like to read Psalms. They are very encouraging and calming for me. Hope that helps!

  • the cause is your body has excess toxins in it and your body is trying to eliminate it somehow, and that is through your skin. everyday you should try to eliminate as much toxins as you can. eat healthy, exercise.

  • @BrandonYoung7 ive been eating healthy lean meat... toxins... u gota be kidding me... and i sleep well to............... i read it had soemthing to do with dehydration? but not sure... the only toxin i have in my life is my boss and family they always want something from me for free. they both stress me the fuck out. :/

  • just have another comment on dark rings, are you sure its adrenal? i have no stimulants and sleep from 10 30 to 7 everyday. would any alterations in my eating schedule produce adrenal fatigue? i tend to eat 4-5 times a day with a big 2nd meal at 10 30 and another at 3pm with a snack in between at 12...i feel like my body has encountered some difficulties adjusting to this but i feel with these are the best times to eat with my schedule...should i address that or keep going til my body adjusts??

  • I have a helpful suggestion in regards to acne. Google the OCM (oil cleansing method) which is part olive oil part castor oil depending on how pimply your skin is. check it out. I've been using it myslef for a year now and it has totally cleared up my skin.:-) Cheap, simple, and natural.

  • Dark greens like Kale is good for acne, it has a compound called I3C which converts to DIM. Just google "Acne DIM". I also had quite moderate acne as a teenager and it completely cleared up after eating a healthy diet.

    Kevin, you say you want to gain weight. Are you aware of the research on Calorie Restriction in extending lifespan and preventing disease? I encourage you to look into it, and check out my channel esp the new video just uploaded that was aired recently on tv.

  • I heard that you see circles under your eyes because the skin under your eyes is the thinnest out of your body (your upper back has the thickest), allowing you tosee the veins/capillaries better in this thin layer. The maroon or blue capillaries look like dark circles from far away, and become more prominent with changes in sleep, diet, or whatever

  • I have a hard Rubber Ball on the end of a threaded rod with a wooden Handle That I Call an AcuPuncher, that I use to give myself Shiatsu Massages... It is fantastic for all kinds of Issues,,, Strains, Knee& Joint pains., Carpal Tunnel, Tennis elbow, Turf Toe, RLS...

    Just sit and observe everything that is going on. Don't use an anchor of any sort. Observe and avoid getting lost in thought but also avoid suppressing and trying to control thoughts. The thoughts and emotions start to slow down and the mind slows down and even eventually becomes still like the surface of a pond.

    This is the most basic yet the most difficult form of meditation.
