Dear Ed, I think this sonata performance is better

than the other.Here you are making some distinction

between phrases.Also you are using good portamento at

the end of your phrases.2 suggestions...One,practice

developing a heirarchy in your phrases.2,underline

that heirarchy with simultaneous dynamic,tone

color variation and tasteful tempo adjustments.

That will go a long way to making your expression

as clear as your technique.

Scarlatti is one of my favorite Baroque composers. I feel he never really got the credit that he deserves for all of his beautiful sonatas. Great Guitar playing, thanks for the post.
