What really helped me get my fruit intake in was smoothies! You can get like 3 servings in a cup. Also, try adding some apples, pears, or berries into salads, you might like it! :)
what a great idea Jason! you seem very motivated and I love that you didn't get discouraged after a gain. I always gain when I start exercising again (after a long break). It's hard to not get discouraged.

I will be doing the 21 day challenge too - yay - just as a roll-in to my year-long resolution to work out every day. Mine starts the day after I sleep a whole night through without coughing all night long x__X

Ahh I'm brand new and I am so excited to start the 21 day challenge =) This video was so motivating for me, I actually weighed myself today for the second week and gained, so I was going to give up. No more! Thanks Jason, you're awesome.
