  • What really helped me get my fruit intake in was smoothies! You can get like 3 servings in a cup. Also, try adding some apples, pears, or berries into salads, you might like it! :)

  • what a great idea Jason! you seem very motivated and I love that you didn't get discouraged after a gain. I always gain when I start exercising again (after a long break). It's hard to not get discouraged.

    I will be doing the 21 day challenge too - yay - just as a roll-in to my year-long resolution to work out every day. Mine starts the day after I sleep a whole night through without coughing all night long x__X

  • That was very well said Jason! I had a friend who worked at Curves that said you wouldn't believe the number of women who quit after the first couple of weeks, not realizing they were gaining muscle. Woo Hoo for the 21 day challenge.
