Also the point where the shadow contacts the Moon's face is determined by your latitude on the Earth and is not the and for all observers.

In this video, the sky turns purple because it is seen from the UK where the eclipse will not get to finish before the sun comes up. The purple is the computer's way of say its gone below the horizon.
