please respond, My computer just got this virus, and this thingy popped up telling me to scan my pc, i am now scanning it with the ccleaner to see if i have any actual virus, i do not want to pay for the $60 that the site is telling me to pay... Which anti-virus is safe to use to remove any virus that I may have on my Netbook?? any good suggestions??
You shouldn't need to create another user account, plus just doing this will not get id of the infection fully. If you based in London please visit our website.
My actual computer got infected with this Virus, I gave it to a computer-savvy individual who isolated it and gave the computer a new account that had all of my stuff on it, I am trying to delete the infected profile, but the computer says "program not responding: Control Panel" any ideas?
there is an easier way: you need only to start windows in safe mode with networking, then search isecurity.exe and delete it ;)

A faster way would to be:
1. Kill the process.
2. If you can get to TaskManager, try to find a process (process list) that you dont recognize. They are usually 3 letters like abp.exe.
3. For XP: Start>Search
Choose C: to scan
Search for the process name
Delete any result
Delete them again, restart your computer and you'll be fine!
