i'm not originated from ikaria, greece... but i'm greek. i think that living good means a lot more than living long and i think ikarians do know that a lot better than i do. i think that living long is just a side-effect of living good for these people. another aspect of this video that i would like to comment is that the author of the book simply refers to Ikaria as an island next to the coast of Turkey, he nevers says that ikaria is a greek island personally i found that very very annoying.
