  • Good one again.

  • I hope you'll become a very rich man thanks to RiderScan ;)

  • @jajajacol Thanks,

  • If this works as you demonstrated, then it allows you to remain facing front, and even glancing down with your eyes keeps the traffic in front within your peripheral vision, how many times have we done a life saver, looked back to front to find the car in front has anchoured up hard and you're faced with swering out or slamming them on yourself. and all because you had to take your eyes off the road ahead...even for a second this can be fatal.. mate this is a major safety advance, well done you.

  • @Moonfleet41 Yes thank you very much, it does work like you see here infact just browsing my videos you wiill see I rarely move my head, your absolutely right about that while doing a lifesaver the vehicle in front brakes which happens pretty often really

  • you have come up with a great piece of kit there

  • @thejediukuk Thank you :)

  • Awesome, I'm going to the MCN Scottish Bike show, mainly to do a bit of filming, new bikes and stuff. Maybe I'll see you there and film a wee video of the RiderScan :)

  • @gpzDave See you there :)))

  • I'll be putting in my order very soon. Well done, and congrats on a brilliant idea.

  • @spadxiii1919 Thank you, its appreciated

  • Are you going to be selling RiderScan at the Scottish Bike Show in March?

  • @kaiser9100 Yes hopefully, which one the classic show?

  • @kaiser9100 Oh thats right the MCN show, yes to that too :)))

  • @2wheelsteve Good stuff. See you there.

  • Nice one Steve.

This is great. I would use this as a supplement to Shoulder Checks, which I'm sure is as intended.

I pulled my left shoulder the other day and it hurt to do the left lifesaver, this would have helped a lot ! :)

Gotta get me one of these!!

  • @Blahdeblah52 Yea I pulled my shoulder too and its really sore getting my jacket on and off too :(

  • Oh, I forgot, mister bendy-bars! ;-)

  • @RoadcraftNottingham They not bent man honestly :)

  • @RoadcraftNottingham I went and met Steve to check the "bendy bars" out, I can confirm they are not bent, must be his camera position :)

  • @BanditCam62 Well I think we should bend the right bar so it looks straight on cam then! lol ;-)

  • @BanditCam62 Thank you sir :)))

  • I used to use those blind spot mirror stick on thingies. Your Riderscan could help a lot of people who don't do or don't like doing shoulder checks, especially if they forget and instinctively use mirrors, it could even save them. Nice one.

  • @RoadcraftNottingham Its also good for noticing that vehicle thats entered your blind spot that normally you wouldnt know was there, thanks :)

  • Ia your handlebar bent o_0 ?

  • @Cab0cl0 Its an illusion they are straight, I will get a pole in it though just to raise it on the right :)

  • @2wheelsteve Ok then!

I thought i might have been the case, but it doesn't hurt asking!

BTW congratulations, I like what you doing, these tips are great.

I have some years of motorcycling under my belt, however it's aways good to discuss good riding practices.

And even better for the beginners so they don't have to learn it the painful way... cheers.

  • @Cab0cl0 Thanks, thats the beaut of yt you can learn from others daily :)))
