That was some funny stuff. I was an Olivet student in the early 80's and your clip brought back a lot of good memories. You may be surprised to hear we did freestyle walking back in my day as well. I actually did freestyles in Larson during the construction. Also did some freestyle inside the president's home about that same time. I particularly enjoyed your foot slide into a leg dangle on the ledge behind the library. Truly amazing stuff. You guys really have the talent. :-) Keep on walkin'!

The whole point of "freestyle walking" is it's just a play on all the skater videos that you see. I feel if we all don't act a fool sometimes, then we'd eventually go crazy. Everything needs to be balanced out. Oh, and I am the guy in the Wal-Mart t-shirt.

It was actually done for a video editing project for one of my friend's classes. So, there was rhyme and reason for our goofiness. Anyway, what's wrong with having a little fun and enjoying life!

No, it's more of a sign of respect to those who are talented enough to skate. It's just like any music artist who is talented or famous enough to have Wierd Al do a parody of one of their songs. It's done out of respect for the artist, not because he wants to make fun of them.
