@imtruecourage It's just fine to do it twice a day 5 a week. Just the usual, if something hurts in an unusual way, think about alternating the exercices.
I'm not sure you thought about doing only this every work out pass, but if that's the case I'd recommend putting 20-30 mins of exercise in every pass.

@RealZell100 whenever I do the jumping lunges when I switch my foot my foot constantly rotates a bit to the right each time and the distance between my legs shorten

Damn it looks super easy, but after doing 3 sets of those (not even the 10 of them) I'm already tired and I'm not overweight or skinny, I just need to define now... I think I'll rest a bit every 2 sets, something around 30-40 secs, later on I'll reduce the time.
But the good thing about this one is that it is really simple and I can do it when I'm doing nothing, I'm bored or each death at cod.

Been really confused with all the exercises out there. I've got some belly fat which I am trying to lose but at the same time, I am trying to put on muscle mass. I've been doing cardio one day and weight training the next (isolation) as per recommendation from the personal trainer.I actually put on a bit of weight in the last 2 weeks instead of losing it.My physique looks a bit like your before and after picture at the end of this video. @defizzify Depends... were you doing all these for a couple weeks or a couple of months? is your diet good? or your probably over working yourself. try 3 days a week to give more time for your muscle to heal. 3 days a week works the most for me and buddies. we all got results within a month or two for each of us. dont be expecting to get ripped after a month. it'll take at least 3-4 months to start seeing a six pack if your overweight

whenever i try to do the PUSH-UP WITH HALF BURPEE my right sholder pops everytime. ive tried placing my hands in different positions but everytime i get a pop then a sharp pain. im figuring that just positioning my hand placement wrong. whats the best hand positon for doing this workout?
@JohnMclain90 the problem is your rear delt muscle is weak as fuck, i had the same problem and my sshoulder would always pop out of place, you really need to isolate that muscle

I've decided to drop a lot of weight (like getting down to 10% body fat to get a lean body for six pack abs). I run 20 minutes on the treadmill before I do this workout. lol i tried to do this combined with the "5 minute belly" destroyer and I failed after doing thirty reps on the 3 minute one XD. I have a shit long way to go lol.

Been really confused with all the exercises out there. I've got some belly fat which I am trying to lose but at the same time, I am trying to put on muscle mass. I've been doing cardio one day and weight training the next (isolation) as per recommendation from the personal trainer.I actually put on a bit of weight in the last 2 weeks instead of losing it.My physique looks a bit like your before and after picture at the end of this video. I would appreciate some tips on where to start :D Thnx

Can sixpackshortcuts reply to my message? I'm doing the 3 min extreme home fat melter workout, the five minute belly fat destroyer, the M-100s, the 4 sec pushups, deadlifts and the Mike Chang - Ten minutes home workout at least 4 times a week but I can see no difference, can you tell me why?

@defizzify Depends... were you doing all these for a couple weeks or a couple of months? is your diet good? or your probably over working yourself. try 3 days a week to give more time for your muscle to heal. 3 days a week works the most for me and buddies. we all got results within a month or two for each of us. dont be expecting to get ripped after a month. it'll take at least 3-4 months to start seeing a six pack if your overweight

Hey Mike! I'm a girl and I want to lose my stomach fat. Just want to lose a couple of kg. Am currently 56kg and want to get down to 47kg (I'm really short so it's not an unhealthy weight for my height)! I used to be 47kg up until 3 years ago but put on the weight recently. If I do exercises like this video, how often should I be doing this to lose that weight in about 1-2 months? :)

2 things, can you do this work out like everyday for like 30 days and it make a big diff just as if you switched your work out up to just focusing on uper or lower body? and second does it matter if you do this twice or triple the amount of times that you said which was 100 times, or would it still apply the "dont over due anything while working out" ?

whenever i try to do the PUSH-UP WITH HALF BURPEE my right sholder pops everytime. ive tried placing my hands in different positions but everytime i get a pop then a sharp pain. im figuring that just positioning my hand placement wrong. whats the best hand positon for doing this workout?

@JohnMclain90 the problem is your rear delt muscle is weak as fuck, i had the same problem and my sshoulder would always pop out of place, you really need to isolate that muscle

Hey ! i was unable to do these excercises 5 times, i managed 3, i will slowly build up, should i do these every morning and evening or just once a day ? Also what would be a healhty diet, would you be able to upload a video with a variety of foods that will help build muscle, im 18 years old and have a slight belly, i am demotivated as i am not sure on what meals i should eat... could you help me out ?

Hey Mike I've lost 10 pounds (that's cause I was sick though) so I'm 190 but still feel 200. I've decided to drop a lot of weight (like getting down to 10% body fat to get a lean body for six pack abs). I run 20 minutes on the treadmill before I do this workout. Do you think this would work for me. If so, how long and how much weight could i lose in a week? If not, please tell me what I should do. I don't have any weights to lift by the way.
