Brown was an excellent fighter, but the fact that he continues to hit Kyte while the latter is on the ice is completely classless and downright sociopathic. Though to be fair, I recall an earlier fight between the two (late 1980s) where Kyte did the exact same thing, only to a lesser extent.
I remember thinking the same thing when I watched this on CBC. However, after looking at it a couple of times I believe that Kyte brought it on himself. Once they go down to the ice it is Kyte that starts throwing again. Brown took a couple of shots and then turned Kyte into a deaf, dumd, blind kid. There is still no word on whether he took up pinball the off season

When Brown was on the Flyers Kyte beat him good in their first fight. Brown never lost to him again after that, as you see here.

Kyte was the one who moronicaly tried to toss punches after he was down,Brown just finished him.
By the way in the early 80's after Brown went down to the ice after losing his balance,Kyte tossed a few cheap ones for no reason.
